Committees

Your voice and ideas matter to us! We encourage you to get involved in changing Adult Day Services for the better by becoming a member of one of the following MoADSA Committees:

Education Committee – by becoming part of this committee you will be the heart of the association by listening to member needs and creating education/training programs that all Adult Day Centers (ADCs) can utilize in their day-to-day activities. Your ideas for making the ADC industry better are the key to this committee. This committee meets virtually or in-person once or twice per month for approximately an hour to plan our membership meetings and events.

Membership Committee – by becoming a part of this committee you will provide information and be a resource for new members that are contemplating joining or have recently joined. You will generate ways to entice providers and affiliates to join our association. This committee meets virtually or in-person a few times per year to solicit new members and retain the current members.

Legislative Committee – by becoming a part of this committee you will be the voice of our association by advocating for Missouri providers to inform and initiate change with legislative and state agency contacts. Information and updates gained will be shared with our members to better their centers.  This committee meets virtually or in-person a few times per year to keep members informed, to organize legislative initiatives and to plan Advocacy Day at the Capitol.
